Appointment and cancellation policy: in case of late turn-up for more than 15 minutes or no turn-up for appointments, Marthas Inspirations s.r.o. will implement a surcharge of 50% on top of the pre-booked service(s). This will be deducted from the deposit made when pre-booking the given service(s). Deposits can be made by cards, Paypal, or bank transfer. Appointments can be can-celled 24hrs in advance at no cost. Showing up late for appointments on the day may require you to re-schedule your appointment. Such delays in showing up at the salon as well as last-minute cancellation less than 24hrs before the appointment time will result in a surcharge of 50% on top of the pre-booked services.
